Andy was a person who lit up a room with pure joy.
Her unconditional love for Jim, her children and grandchildren is the gift that keeps giving down through the generations. How lucky for the rrest of us that God gave the world a wonderful person like Andy.
May she rest in peace.
To the extended Harrington / McCauley family: My sincere prayers go out to you at Andrea’s passing. While we are poorer at her passing we are also far richer for the lives she touched and the legacy of love and good works she left us. You are all very fortune. We only knew each other as childhood cousins three months apart growing up in Hastings and Omaha respectively. Reading her obituary I realize how much I missed of this wonderful woman’s life. May she rest in peace and may all of you carry her memory on into the future. Ken McCandless, 1st cousin
While expected, we were so very sorry to hear of Andy’s passing. Her strength, courage, good humor in the face of failing health and strong faith reflected the wonderful woman she was.
She will be greatly missed as a friend and as someone fully committed to serving others.
God bless Jim and all her family.

Jim and Bebe- sending you all our love as you celebrate the life of Mrs. Harrington. Your entire family is in our thoughts.
Losing someone you love is one of the hardest things in life, and I want you to know that you have my deepest sympathy.
Please know that you are not alone, and that you have my support as you navigate this difficult time.
I had the pleasire of working with Andy at the Deafbling program starting in 1979. We were collegues for many years helping to give communication and valued lives to all her students as well as their familes. She was a master with her caring touch and vast knowledge by approaching her studfrnts on their level. I had the pleasure of working beside her as she changed the quality of life for so many. We traveled andf taught throughout the state to so many that we were nicknamed The Amos and Andy Show. I am so lucky to have laughed and cried with her as we navigated not only our professional lives but our personal lives as we raised our own families. I have lost not only a teahing partner but a dear friend.
My sincere condolences to Jim and the family
All of my love and prayers to Uncle Jim, Chris, Jim Jr, David and Jenna, and the many spouses, grandkids and ggkids. I loved visiting Aunt Andrea as a child and her faith and guidance for my confirmation still means so very much to me.
I know she and my Mom (Marian, her little sister) were the best of friends and I loved getting updates on the amazing family and life she built in KC whenever Mom and I talk.
She will be missed by so many people, because she constantly treasured and supported all of us.
R.I.P. love and prayers.
