Betty L. Bennett, 89, passed away on May 1, 2020 at her home in Harrisonville, Missouri. Burial at the Lone Jack Cemetery in Lone Jack, MO. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Catholic Community Hospice, 9740 W. 87^th St., Overland Park, KS 66212.

Betty was born November 24, 1930 to Winifred and Ray Franklin Neathery. She was a partner is business with her husband, Gale, at United Telephone. Together, they had 3 sons, Steven, John, and Terry Bennett.

Betty is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gale Bennett; brother, Bobby Neathery; and sister, Peggy Babb. Survivors include her sons, Steven G. Bennett, John and his wife, Debbie, Bennett, and Terry and his wife, Marty, Bennett; grandchildren, Steven H., Scott, and Jamie Bennett; great-grandchildren, Stephanie and her husband, Ray, Anderson, Ayden Bennett, Jaden Boyer, Tristen Boyer, and Adasia Bennett; and great-great-grandchildren, Hunter and Ellie Anderson.
