Obituary
Beverly J. Thomas, 81, of Greenwood, MO, passed away on November 30, 2022. No services will be held per Bev’s request.
Beverly was born February 20, 1941 in Greenwood, MO. She married Donald W. Thomas on May 22, 1960 and were together for 53 years. She was the 1st of 2 children born to Joe and Bea Grego. She worked at Walmart in Lee’s Summit for numerous years and also worked for the Lee’s Summit School District, which she really enjoyed. Later in life after retirement she loved spending time with her 2 granddaughters who were everything to her.
She was preceded in death by her husband Donald W. Thomas, her parents Joe & Bea Grego, in-laws Cap & Joesphine Thomas and granddaughter Natalie Jo Thomas. Survivors include her son Jeff and Sandy Thomas of Pleasant Hill, MO; son Chris and Jen Thomas of Ft. Collins, CO; granddaughters Taylor Thomas of Lee’s Summit, MO and Rylee Thomas of Chicago, Il.; brother John Grego of Greenwood, MO. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
