Obituary

Carl passed away on Sunday, August 26, 2018 in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. A visitation is scheduled for 12:00 PM on Friday, August 31, 2018 at Langsford Funeral Home in Lee’s Summit. A memorial service will be at 12:30 PM. Inurnment will follow at 2:30 PM at Leavenworth National Cemetery in Leavenworth, Kansas. Memorials are suggested to the Lee’s Summit VFW Post 5789.

Carl Klug entered this world on October 3, 1947. He was the first of three sons to Carl and Evelyn Klug. He spent most of his early years in Kansas City and St. Louis. Upon his Graduation from High School he was drafted into the Army. After his service he came back to Kansas City. In 1986, Carl moved to Lee’s Summit where he and his wife, Donna, still reside.

Carl is proceeded in death by his parents, Carl and Evelyn; and his brother, Bill.

Carl leaves behind his wife, Donna; daughter, Stephanie; son-in-law, David; and two grandsons, Dalton and Colby.
