Charlene was a most generous and loving women. She loved family and was always with them when and wherever possible. I remember when she and Wade came to my wedding in Astoria, Or. They were very helpful helping me move. She will be missed and much loved.

My deepest heartfelt sympathy goes out to Charl’s family. I had the privilege of being her democratic counterpart for 22 years. Not only was she my coworker, she was my dear friend! If there are elections in Heaven she’ll make sure they are done right. RIP my dear friend RIP!

So many find memories of our time together.from working together at the election board. Going food shopping for election day, to spending time after our retirement together. She was my friend and I will miss her so much.this past year we have worried about each other a lot. Reast in peace my friend.God Bless

I can’t believe my best buddy from 2nd grade has left us. Who will I call to get political opinion? Who will I call to get the latest Normandy news? Who will I call to share family updates of the Nixon’s and the Davis’s.
So glad we had such great experiences together!
Hugs to all! Wade, Dani, Chris, Craig she loved you all so much. Lizzie
