Obituary

Delma Lorene (Snow) Bowers, 84 passed away Friday, April 13, 2018 at her home. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 17 from 10-11, services at 11:00 at Langsford Funeral Home. Burial will be at Lone Jack Cemetery immediately following service.

Delma was born in Lone Jack, Missouri on February 25, 1934 to the late Nona Bessie & William Byrd Snow. She spent most of her life in Lone Jack. In 1955 she married the love of her life and high school sweetheart. Together they had two children. She loved motherhood and one the greatest joys of her life was becoming a grandma.

Her favorite pastimes included spending time with family & friends, putting jigsaw puzzles together, cooking/baking and going to garage sales with her husband or girlfriends.

Survivors include her spouse, Jerome (J.R.) Bowers; daughter, Jaylene Grady and her husband Bill; son, Robert Bowers; grandchildren, Gina Monroe and her husband Brian, Codie and Tyler Bowers; great grandchildren, Lauren, Abby and Jackson Monroe.

She is preceded in death by brothers, Elvyn, Everett, Leslie, Elmer and Lawrence Snow; sisters, Wilma Ragsdale and Thelma Dean; niece, Gayla Dowell; and nephew, Jerry Ragsdale.
Delma will forever be loved by her family and friends and the memories she created with them will never be forgotten.
