My deepest sympathy to Bob, Kristin, and family. Suzy was always such an awesome friend and co-worker her caring and compassionate demeanor was always such a refreshing thing to walk into everyday. She always kept me laughing and smiling even during the stressful days of school start up. I will miss sharing beach pictures of Destin and Navarre with Suzy every year and her kind spirit. After all she is the reason Jon and I started vacationing in the panhandle of Florida. Fly high sweet Suzy you will be missed.

My deepest sympathy to Suzy’s family. Suzy will be so very missed. She made coming to work that much more fun and enjoyable. She always had a bright, big smile and we could crack jokes about things that didn’t go quite right with school start up…and many other days. I loved how much she loved Flamingos. It was fun to send her pics of them anytime I saw some I thought she might like, especially seeing them here in Florida, a destination she loved. I will hold onto those moments. She was truly a treasure, one of the kindest souls I have ever met. I will miss you Suzy. Rest in Peace.

So sorry to hear this ,Suzy was such a fun person,so giving. I will miss her .

We are so sorry for your loss Bob and Kristin. We know this is a very difficult time. Our condolences to you and your family.

I pray for Bob and Kristin to find peace during this most difficult time. Suzy was the brightness in my day at the bus barn. She spread her kindness with every one of her smiles. Suzy will be greatly missed by all who knew her. So, until we meet again Suzy, rest in peace.

Suzy Q, such a kind, sweet soul and always willing to help you find the answer if she didn’t know it. I will miss your smiling face and will forever remember those flowers on your desk with the toothpicks that smelled like heaven. God bless your family

We are sending prayers for comfort to Suzy’s family during this difficult time. Her selfless acts of kindness will always be remembered. We so enjoyed our Valentines Day 2020 dinner with Suzy and Bob. Go sing high on that mountain, Sweet Lady.

I am praying God will comfort Suzy’s family and close friends as only He can. Suzy was amazing! Always there for anyone that needed her. She was beloved by all that knew her. I don’t think I’ve ever known anyone with a kinder, gentler spirit than Suzy’s. She made everyone feel special and cared for when with her. She made you laugh and just made the world a better place. Suzy, you will be Sorely Missed!

Suzy was one of the most friendly and helpful people to work with! She was always there with her smile and infectious laugh. We were both drivers at LSHS in the early 2000’s and we would meet up in the pm lineup and talk daily & had lots of laughs. Loved it when she would join us at our group luncheons, too. She will be dearly missed. ♥️🙏🏼

My prayers are with you Bob and family. I pray the Lord will comfort and give you peace and understanding at a time like this. Suzy was always so pleasant and kind and fun to work with. She will be missed by many. I will just say I was very blessed to be her friend. She was such a wonderful person. God bless her soul!

Oh God Bless you Bob, Kristin and Kyle. I woke to this memorial page this morning and began to cry and haven’t stopped. What wonderful, kind, caring, fun and perfect next door neighbors you were. I remember the very sweetness of Suzy. Her artwork, her fantastic “Duncan Hines”(sssshh) brownies. And how proud she was of her only daughter Kristin. And how much she counted on and adored her husband/partner Bob. I couldn’t say one without the other. It became BobnSuzy. I likely shouldn’t go on and on here.
Since leaving Lee’s Summit I have thought about you all often and our fun times together. ALL of them wonderful. Now, Suzy “up there making friends, consoling people and welcoming strangers and serving up the brownies.” I love you all. And I’m grieving right now alongside you, less for certain, but know I’m in the circle holding tight to your hands. Martha

Dear Gardner Family,
I remember when we were all younger, Suzy was always fun and very welcoming. We
made smores outside in your back yard. Every time I ever saw Suzi she was just lovely.
May God Bless You All. Hold tight to your memories.

Words cannot express my feelings right now for Bob, Kristin, Tommy and all. I remember that smile many years ago when we first met while Suzy was a cashier/ checker at Kroger or whatever the grocery store was at Summit Shopping center. When we found out that we were both pregnant, Suzy’s first and my fifth, she was so full of questions. Then some years later, those babies we carried became best friends. Then, we both worked at the bus barn as drivers, and eventually in the office. So many memories I am thankful for. She will be greatly missed as is obvious with all the tributes.

Suzy was my first best friend. We were practically inseparable from age of 3 to 18 and then stood up for each other at our weddings. Loved her huge smile and hugs which came straight from her heart. When she died, I lost a huge part of my childhood. But all the memories will live on.
Love you forever BIG Friend,
Little Friend (Linda)

My heart goes out to Suzy’s family and all their critters. I am so thankful to have had Suzy in my life and in the lives of my family, especially my mother. Suzy was like family and would always come over to our house which was convenient since we are neighbors. Im going to miss your awesome presence but the memory of you will live on.
Love ya!

Kristen & Bob, We were so sorry to just now hear of Suzie’s passing, and now Tom’s. We have been friends with Tom for many years and loved hearing about Suzie and her bus barn stories and her grandchildren. We will be keeping you and your family in our thoughts and prayers.

Gilbert & Donna Bloyed
