Daphene and I worked together in Federal Government and also Disney Direct Marketing. I will always remember her and so many memories down thru the years. She would always tell me, “You need to eat your blueberries”. Always remember the yard parties and get togethers in summer time. She always looked forward to those cookouts and get togethers. Will really miss her. Sending deepest and heartfelt sympathy to her family. Loved her so much. Her encouraging words will be missed also. Always sent me poems with cards. Love and prayers to Sherry, Jimmy and family and other family members.🙏💐🙏
I only just learned of Ms Daphene’s passing this morning when I asked of her during my Friday meal delivery. I am so sorry to have missed her service; I’m certain it was a lovely tribute to a full life. I met her when I began delivering her Friday meals through One Good Meal. What a delight she was!! My hubby and I helped her a bit with her yard which allowed me to get a glimpse into the amazing life she led and the delightful woman she was. We shared a love of plants and I even have some of her flower seeds which I will plant in her honor next spring. She was a solid Jesus follower and I could have talked with her for days. I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to have met her here in this life and cannot wait until I see her again when I, too am called into Glory. My condolences to all of her family.
