Dave, we were so sad to hear ofGlenda’s passing and our prayers are with you and all your family. What a blessing for me to have been a friend of hers for 50 years. I know these last few years have been hard for her health wise. Now she’s healed and playing in Heaven’s band. With love, Marie and Cedric Fairweather

Our prayers go out to the Pittman family on the news of Glenda’s passing.
Sincerely Bill

My condolences to Glenda’s loved ones. Our Clinton High School Class of 1974 will miss, and remember Glenda, at our 50th Reunion this fall. May God bless your memories.

Dear David and Family, I send my sincere condolences to you all. Glenda was one of the first Band and ROTC parents to welcome me in to Lee’s Summit School family, when my son David (DJ) started there. She was an amazing friend to me over the years. Please forgive my absence in your lives, time has a way of taking us away even with good intentions, when time lapses we loose so much. I truly loved and cherished all the time Glenda, Cathy Howell and I had raising DJ, John and Matt! What a hoot they were in high school and many of the things parents were involved in I would have been excluded had it not been for Glenda! Again I’m so sorry for your loss what an amazing, smart, loving, kind, Godly woman and true friend she was!!

The world has lost a true Saint of God, she’d share her faith and love for family with anyone! May God send his love and comfort to your family

love Roz Brown and David!

Glenda had an amazing sense of humor and dry wit. I wish her family well, and I enjoyed Glenda’s friendship that was kindled when we were juniors in high school. We each were fortunate to represent our Rural Electric Cooperatives at a leadership seminar in Washington DC. Her love for music and education are passions we both share. Rest in peace, dear friend. Linda
