Obituary

Hershell Spurlock, born April 17, 1933, passed away November 3, 2024. A proud Veteran, Hershell served his country with dedication in the United States Air Force, retiring as a chief master Sergeant before beginning a rewarding second career at Hallmark Cards. He was preceded in death by his mother Jewel, his brother Bob, and his beloved wife, Bianca. He is survived by sons, Lorenzo (Laura) Griffin, Roberto (Melissa) Griffin, and Franco (Kim) Griffin; grandchildren Michael (Lauren) Griffin, Drew (Alyx) Griffin, Brianna (Mike) Collier, Ryan (Nicole) Griffin, Sean Griffin; and nine great-grandchildren. In lieu of funeral services, flowers or donations, the family asks that you honor Hershell by keeping him in your thought and prayers.
