Obituary
Jeffrey Lee Weber, 63, passed peacefully into the presence of his Savior on May 13, 2026.
Jeff was born on July 8, 1962, in North Kansas City, Missouri, to Bill and Wilma Weber, both of whom preceded him in death.
Jeff was a faithful and loving husband to his wife, Rhonda Weber, and a devoted father to his sons, Chris Weber and Justin Weber. Nothing brought him more joy than his family. He was a proud and loving papa to Lucy, Elias, Bennett, Josie, Theodore, Jada, and Violet, and he treasured every moment spent with them.
For more than four decades, Jeff worked as a silk screen printer, beginning his career at just 18 years old. He was known as an incredibly hard-working provider who faithfully cared for his family through steady dedication and perseverance.
Outside of work, Jeff loved being outdoors and enjoying life with the people he cared about most. Whether he was fishing, golfing, playing frisbee golf, boating, or cheering from the sidelines at his sons’ sporting events, he lived with enthusiasm and joy. He rarely missed a game and was always present to support and encourage his boys. Family always came first to Jeff.
Those who knew Jeff will remember his friendly smile, warm hugs, loyal friendship, and wonderful sense of humor. He had a way of making people feel welcomed and valued wherever he went.
Most importantly, Jeff loved Jesus Christ and lived with a quiet confidence in the promise of eternal life through Him. His faith was the foundation of his life and the hope that now comforts those who grieve his passing.

I worked at Nazdar 16 years. Met Jeff and had good times talking about grilling pork ribs and all things grilled and smoked. He gave me some of his best bbq spice rub to try. He was in the screen department and I was in Digital. So we didn’t work directly together But any time we saw each other he always made the time to chat. What a nice guy. I offer my deepest condolences to his family. He will be greatly missed.
Sad news he was a great friend.
I worked as Nazdar for 23 years. Jeff and I started working at Nazdar about the same time. He was a great guy with a great sense of humor that would always speak highly of his wife and sons. Prayers for him and his family. He will be greatly missed.
Working with Jeff always felt like a friendship; his grounded ways and genuine caring always made an awkward person feel a part of the group. He talked about his family with love and respect. He will be missed.
We had a lot of good times with Jeff at Nazdar. I will always appreciate his dedication to the art of Screen Printing which brought us all together in the first place. I remember thinking he was retiring early, boy was I wrong about that! I will forever have good memories of my time spent with Jeff. I wish his family the best going forward knowing he lived his best life.
Dear Family
Wishing you peace during your time of sorrow, the loss of a love one can never be easy and words might not make the pain go away, but for a certainty we can find peace in a loving God, He is close to the brokenhearted; and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Psalms 34:18

Jeff was the quintessential nice guy. I worked with Jeff during most of his Nazdar career and he was well known for being a dedicated print technician. Among other tasks, Jeff printed almost all of Nazdar’s color cards during that period which can still be found in shops around the world, from the U.S. to Latin America, Europe, China and almost every country in between. When I mentioned I was re-building my deck, he offered to be the Master Barbeque Chef for the grand opening. Most people who knew Jeff, knew that he was passionate about BBQ recipes and it would have been such an honor for him to cook for us. He would tell us that the Weber Grill was named after him and then wink his eye. He was looking forward to his retirement and would mention the list of lakes in southern Missouri where he was planning to go boating. Although it was a short period of time, I hope those years were wonderful for him and his family. He will certainly be missed by all that knew him!
Rhonda, Bruce Ridge informed me of Jeffs passing. It hits hard as I remember him working for us and then settled in his career at Nazdar. I always enjoyed seeing his enthusiasm for his job there and the requirements of professional color cards seemed easy for him. I had not seen him for years but I would have known him if I had met him on the street. He had not changed much. He was always smiling like in his photo. His legacy of his children and grandchildren was good to see. We could say he was successful in life. May God bring you peace beyond understanding at this time of sadness. Mike Ruff
