Always got a kick out of seeing Katie at the reunions. I would always try to kid with her when she was 3rd or 4th grade I’m guessing. I don’t think at that age she understood my kidding. I remember the following years she would sometimes glare at me. It always cracked me up. I loved that gal of yours. Trust me on this, we will most definitely see her shining face again. ❤️

I am so incredibly sorry to hear this. We had so much fun growing up together in Winterset Park. Big hugs and prayers to the entire family.

Ellen and Greg, We were devastated to hear about Katie’s passing. Your family is in our prayers.

Such a lovely kind spirit the was taken home early. My deepest sympathy to your family at this time of grief as you heal from your loss.

To the Kornis Family, we are truly sorry to hear about Katie and she will be greatly missed by all of us here at A&A Electrical…

Dear Kornis Family,
There are no words to express how deeply sorry I am for the loss of Katie. While I didn’t have the chance to know her personally, I know she was loved by all of you. My heart goes out to you during this unimaginably difficult time. Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers. I truly believe Abbey is smiling brighter now that her sister is with her.”
Love Stephanie

I am so very sorry for your loss. I know Marlon always spoke fondly of Katie and would say it was always a treat to talk to her, whether at work or otherwise. When I would see her at Kornis gatherings she was always gracious and fun to talk to. I know she will be terribly missed. My heart is absolutely broken for you all and praying the Lord gives you strength and peace.

We are so sorry for your very tragic loss. Take solace in the love of your family and friends.

To the Kornis family.
