Obituary

Lena Mae Zvacek of Lee’s Summit, MO, passed away January 17, 2023 at the John Knox Village Care Center.

Lena ran her own business of Tax Preparation for 40 years. She loved sewing, their family farm, cruising/Travel and helping others.

She is preceded in death by her parents Glen and Etna and son, David Zvacek. Survivors include her husband of 66 years, Gene Zvacek; daughter Anne (Jason ) Rasco; daughter-in-law Alice Zvacek; grandchildren Julianne (Gabe) Fields, Glen Zvacek (engaged to Shannon Pettibon), Abigail Rasco, Brooklyn Rasco; great grandchild, Mikayla Fields and brother Dale (Margaret) Riffle.

Mass services will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 24, 2023 with a visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Presentation Catholic Church, 130 NW Murray Rd, Lee’s Summit, MO 64081. Burial will follow at 2:30 p.m. at the Garden City Cemetery in Garden City, MO.
