Obituary

Lucille Ryken (Hillyer), 85, of Lee’s Summit, MO, entered into eternal rest on May 30, 2024. Born on July 7, 1938, in Petersburg, IL, she lived a life marked by love, devotion, and the joy of family.

She leaves behind a loving husband of 66 years, Robert Ryken, and is lovingly remembered by her children, Rick (Debbie), Kathy (Edward), and Mike. Lucille had 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Graveside service on Thursday, June 6, 2024; 10:00AM at the Lee’s Summit Historical Cemetery.

The family invites friends and loved ones to a Celebration of Life service on Friday, June 7, 2024, at 11:00AM at First Baptist, Oak Grove.

Lucille’s grace and kindness will be held in fond remembrance. May she rest in peace.
