Obituary

Lynn was born on April 27, 1944 in Long Beach, California.  He moved to Missouri in 1971 where he worked in construction until the last few years where he repaired and installed garage doors.   He was the happiest when he was at the lake.

Lynn was preceded in death by his daughter Dana Cook.  He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Ellen Wurts McLanahan, his daughter DeAnna McLanahan, 3 grandsons Conor McLanahan, Justin McLanahan and Andrew Schnakenberg, 3 great grandchildren Leila McLanahan, Makayla McLanahan and Gavin McLanahan.  He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be 1:00pm Thursday January 27, 2022 at Lee’s Summit Cemetery, Lee’s Summit, MO

I am very sorry you lost your husband/dad. I feel your pain and hope God and friends help you through this. Prayers and hugs.
