Obituary
Nancy Mae Taylor, 87, of Lee’s Summit, MO passed away on August 5, 2021. A visitation will be 1:00 PM, Tuesday, August 10, 2021 with a service following at 2:00 PM at Langsford Funeral Home, Lee’s Summit, MO. Burial will be in Lee’s Summit Historical Cemetery.
Nancy helped her husband John with the Kansas City Star route for 29 yrs. She also received her master’s degree from Avila College in 1986 and worked at Longview College.
Survivors include, children Sherry Taylor Pape and husband Don, Jerry Taylor and wife Marisa, Mary Taylor Hutchins and husband Steve. Grandchildren April Schreiber and husband Dan, Leah Gragg and husband Chad, Jonathan and Zackery Hutchins, and John Ross Taylor. Four great-grandchildren Anna and Preston Schreiber, Logan and Taylor Gragg.

My condolences on your mom’s passing….I remember waiting for the bus in your mom’s warm car on many cold mornings, and that spot in the fence where we could crawl under for me to get to your drive, or you to ours. She was a heck of a gal, and I know she’ll be missed.
