Obituary

Roberta Ann O’Neal, age 84, of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, passed away February 9, 2024. She was born November 26, 1939, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to Robert and Lualle Close.  Roberta was an elementary teacher. She loved to paint landscapes and animals in her free time. She also enjoyed doing crafts, working with fabric, and quilting. She loved spending time with her family.

Roberta is preceded in death by her husband, Glenn O’Neal Sr., and their only child, Glenn O’Neal Jr. She is also preceded by her grandson, Chris O’Neal. She is survived by two grandchildren, John O’Neal, and William O’Neal. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren. Roberta will be dearly missed.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday February 13, 2024. The visitation was from 10:00AM to 11:00AM, and the service followed at 11:00AM. A burial took place after the service at Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville Missouri.
