In Memory of

Roman Dean Bickle Moeller

February 16, 2009 - December 31, 2025

Obituary

It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Roman Bickle Moeller, a beacon of light in this world, on December 31, 2025. Born on February 16, 2009, Roman brightened our lives for a mere 16 years but made an indelible impact in that short time.

He is survived by his father, Jeff Moeller, and his mother, Kim Urioste. His memory will live on in his brother, Malachi Bickle, and his grandparents, James Perry and Linda Palmer. Roman’s uncle, Terry Moeller, and his aunt, Heather Urioste, also mourn his untimely passing. His numerous cousins, Kameren Maynard, Matthew Maynard, Raymond Rogers, Hailey Rogers, Haidon Rogers, Marc Moeller, Leah Moeller, Rachel Moeller and Chris Moeller will forever remember Roman’s vivacity and spirit.

Roman was an adored uncle to his nephews, Cannon Bickle and Malachi Bickle Jr., who were always in awe of their larger-than-life uncle. His passing has left a void in our family which will be impossible to fill.

He joins in the afterlife his late grandparents, Wanda Moeller Perry, Linus Moeller, his MaMa’s Dad, Michael Urioste, his Uncle Michael Urioste Jr., his cousin Brittany Schlumpberger and our beloved, Pat Bickle, who predeceased him. The reunion, we are sure, would be a bittersweet one.

In lieu of flowers, the family graciously asks for contributions to Wayside Waifs.  Roman’s love for animals was unparalleled, and nothing would please him more than knowing his loss was helping creatures in need.

We are so sorry about Roman. He was always so kind and polite when he was over. He made a point to talk to parents, which was really nice. He is already greatly missed. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

We are so saddened by this, our hearts ache for your family. I will always remember Roman as this kind, sweet, very respectful young man, every time he was over and I had the opportunity to interact with him, he showed all those great qualities, always willing to help or just ask “how are you today?”, this one hit so close to home. We are deeply sorry for your loss, may God help you find the peace and strength you all need to continue on. Much love and support.

May the Presence of the Lord Jesus Officiate the Service of Roman as when the Hurt is so Huge Only the Love of Our Savior can Comfort such a Great Loss.
Our hearts go out in compassion to all who knew, were related to, and loved Roman. One of our greatest Comforts in this life is knowing Jesus has prepared a place for us where there is “Joy Unspeakable and Full of Glory”, and we are Comforted Forever in Paradise.
“The Lord is near the broken hearted and saves the crushed in spirit”. Psalm 34:18
“He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away .” Rev. 21:4

Roman was very loved by his friends. He brought a light and fun to their lives. He will be missed and remember with love.

I cannot put in words how deeply heart broken I am. Roman was so respectful and polite. I had the pleasure of meeting him twice thru my son as quickly these 2 hit it off. Your family will be in my thought and prayers.

My heart breaks for your family. I am sending all our love, care and prayers. Roman was a welcomed kiddo at my house. He was always so polite, so appreciative, so kind to me with his yes “ma’am”, thanks for having me over “ma’am.” He was and will always be considered a dear friend to my son Gianni. Watching the boys together would make me giggle, there were always smiles and laughter. I’ll miss seeing those interactions. Roman is so deeply missed and saying I’m sorry for your loss doesn’t begin to explain my feelings. His loss has left a hole and his life has left a forever imprint in our hearts.

We are very sorry & sad for the loss of Roman he was such a friendly kid with a great smile. So many memories of our boys playing outside together since kindergarten and playing basketball & football was so fun, we will always cherish those memories! Sending our thoughts & condolences to all his family & friends.

Roman was loved by many. He is gone too soon. Our thoughts & prayers are with his family during this devastating time. He always smiled & those huge brown eyes & contagious smile I will never forget. Our dogs face would light up as soon as he saw him. This kid was tough as nails. Rest in peace young soul. God is good.

roman was a great kind soul, always nice to everyone, he will live on in everyone’s hearts and memories
