Obituary

Sandra “Sandy” Kay Pine, a Grain Valley, Missouri resident, passed away peacefully October 2, 2025.

Sandy was born on October 4, 1939 in Clinton , Indiana. She was raised in Lamar, Missouri and had many fond memories with family and friends. She enjoyed her years there. She then moved to Kansas City, Missouri and married Thomas Pine where they built a happy life of 55 years together in Raytown, Missouri.She worked hard and took good care of Tom during his illnesses .

Sandy is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Pine, her brother-in-law, Harold Barron, and her nephew Sean Allen.

Sandy is survived by her sister Susan Barron of Arkansas, brother Jack Bartley of Missouri and brother Ray and wife Shug Bartley of Colorado.Sandy has six nephews and one niece and many great nieces and nephews. Her stepson, David and wife Tonja Pine, two step granddaughters and two great step granddaughters of Missouri.

Burial will be on Monday, October 6, 2025 at Koger Cemetery in Oak Grove, Missouri at 2:00 p.m.
