My husband and I met Susan and Dean in Milwaukee, WI. Since then which is approximately 25 years ago, we and they have moved, but we always stayed in contact. Susan drove to TN to visit me when she lived in Atlanta, I visited her in Kansas City and went to a baseball game and then again stayed with her and Dean in Missouri. We were the best long distance friends. We had many good times, laughs and struggles together. I love you Susan.
God Bless you and you will be missed.

Susan and I were good friends since 8th Grade in Raytown South Middle School and Senior High School. She fought hard to overcome and beat her Stage Four Pancreatic Cancer. In the end sadly the Cancer won. Our last fun time was at a Craft Show at the John Knox Pavilion this Fall.
I will really miss her.
Prayers for Susan in her passing.

Dean, I was so very sorry to hear about Susan. My heart is with you. I know you have so many wonderful memories and hope they will sustain you and maybe even bring a smile. She would like that.

We cannot tell you how sorry we are to hear of Susan’s passing. We cannot imagine what you are going thru. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you

My earliest memory in my life was waiting on the front stoop for Aunt Suzi to come over! Aunt Susan was a special person to spend time with, always upbeat and smiling! She was always interested and supportive of everything her nieces and nephews were doing. Singing at her wedding was an honor, visiting her and Dean in Atlanta for the Olympics was a thrill. Trips to Spring Training with my family to revel in the baseball world of Susan and Dean were part of life’s best memories! My family loved her so much! Rest in Peace…

Dean- I was so sorry to hear of Susan’s passing. I hold so many wonderful memories with you and Susan and my parents through all the years we spent with our Royals family. My heart goes out to you during this most difficult time of loss. She will always be with you and in our hearts. Sending all my love and prayers.

Susan and I have been friends since we met at Raytown South junior high and I will never forget the good times that we had together throughout the years! You couldn’t find a more caring and generous person than Susan, who always put others first, especially her family. I will always remember her beautiful smile and laugh, even during the hard times! Unfortunately, I will be out of town and unable to attend the services, but know that I will have all of you that she left behind in my thoughts and prayers. Susan, you will be greatly missed!

Dean, we were so sorry to hear of Susan’s passing. This portion of the circle-of-life is very difficult and no fun. Susan was one of the best of us…may she rest in peace.

Dean. I’m sorry to hear about Susan passing. I always enjoyed being with her . I loved hearing about your travels that you guys had whether through baseball or vacations. I remember the fund she and I had texting each other during the World Series games. Of course she got to be there and I was at home, living the dream through you two. She will certainly be missed. My prayers are with you, your family and Susan sisters, nieces, and nephews. I know she loved all of you and always spoke highly of everyone.
