Obituary
Thomas R. Pine passed away on Tuesday, September 2, 2025. He was born on July 24, 1933, in Blue Springs, Missouri, the son of Alexander Andrew and Mable Pauline (Long) Pine.
Thomas graduated from Lone Jack High School and served in the US Army in Germany. He studied Electronic Engineering at Central Technical Institute in Kansas City, Missouri. He was a long-time resident of Raytown, Missouri.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, William Lee Pine; and two sisters, Dorothy Ann Pine and Donna Sue (Pine) Boyer.
Thomas is survived by his wife, Sandra K. Pine of the home; a son, David Lyle Pine and wife Tonja of Independence, Missouri; two precious granddaughters, Michelle (Pine) Woolf and husband Matt and Jessica Pine and husband Kyle Brewer; two very special great-granddaughters, Jenna and Chloe; and a sister, Darlene (Pine) O’Riley of Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
There will be a private family service with Military Honors.
