Obituary
Connie J. Depue (Montee), age 78 of Greenwood, MO joined her Heavenly Father on November 30th, 2022. Connie was born on July 9th, 1944 in McCune, KS to Woodrow and Dorothy Montee (Kirk). She was joined to her husband of 53 years Bob Depue on July 18th, 1962. Connie worked as an administrative assistant for the Missouri Highway Patrol up until her retirement in 2006. Connie delighted in her children, their spouses and her grandchildren; for her the love of family was everything. Connie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bob Depue (2015) and is survived by her sisters Jackie (Jim) Mcguire of McCune, KS; Kathy (Loren) Lahey of Overland Park, KS; and a brother Larry Montee of Atlanta, GA; her children Michele (Steve) Jeske of Independence, MO; Chris (Dawn) Depue of Lee’s Summit, MO; Cindy (Carl) Miller of Warsaw, MO. The grandchildren that she loved so much are Emily Taylor; Connor Jeske; Keaton Depue; Sarah Miller and Elizabeth Miller.
Funeral services are set for Friday, December 9th, 2022 with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m.; services will follow at 11:00 a.m. with a graveside service at Greenwood cemetery. Services will be held at Lansgsford Funeral home located in Lee’s Summit, MO. The family is asking that in lieu of flowers family and friends would consider a donation to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America
