Obituary
John Alfred “Fredy” Rodriguez, 75, of Kansas City, MO, passed away at his home on Wednesday, March 2, 2022. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM with a visitation starting at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at Langsford Funeral Home. Burial will be at Lee’s Summit Cemetery, Lee’s Summit, MO. He was born on March 16, 1946 in Scotts Bluff, Nebraska. He was married to Joyce Ann for 51 years. A Vietnam Veteran with the USAF-National Guard. John worked at Lipton, Unilever and Allis-Chalmers. He was a collector of vinyl records and CD’s with over 100,00 with On Line Record Store. He was a “out of this world” father & husband. Good Guy! Helped all the neighbors all the time. If anyone would ask, he would be there for them. He always helped his mom and brother Jesse. Fredy loved his music. Surrounded by his music, played them ALL the time.
He was preceded in death by Jesse & Rebecca Rodriguez. Survivors include wife of 51 years, Joyce; son Anthony J. Rodriguez; brothers Paul, Jesse Jr. David, Jimmy Rodriguez and niece Rebecca.

Rip my cousin always enjoyed talking to you . Since we both loved estate and garage sales and looking for that great find you and Joyce always appreciated my stories. To Joyce and family. We are saddened at the loss of our neighbor and friend John. He was always willing to help anyone in the neighborhood at whatever. He also kept all us informed of what was going on in our neighborhood.
