Obituary
Frances Juanita Sparks (Nita), age 82, of Lee’s Summit, MO., passed away Friday, June 25, 2021 at her home.
Frances was a mother, wife, daughter, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. Mostly she was a home maker, but she did work at different stages in her life and ran her own business as well. She watched grandchildren and great-grandchildren in her later years. Everyone loved MiMi. She was kind hearted and had a great sense of humor. Her favorite color was red and she loved Margarita’s.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Sparks; Mother, Oma McBee; Father, James McBee; Brothers, James McBee, Robert McBee and sister, Gladys Eagles.
Survivors include 3 children; Rolin Salinas (Rene’), Timothy Snow (Diana) and Marisa Oltremari, 7 grandchildren; Elias, Anthony, Savanna (Lance), Zachary (Elizabeth), Cassandra, Evan and Benjamin, 6 great-grandchildren: Fiona, Livvy, Ayla, Ender, Allisyn and Evelyn, 2 sisters, Molly Rowden and Debbie Valeriay, additional children; Rita, Daniel and Mary.
A service will be held on Saturday, July 3, 2021 at 3:00 PM at the VFW Post 5789, 329 SE Douglas St, Lee’s Summit, MO 64063. Covered dishes welcome.

Juanita was truly a beautiful person. Always kind, thoughtful and an inspiration for her grandchildren. “Never underestimate the power of the Granny!”. She will be missed. Wishing all the family strength and peace during this hard time.
