Being almost 10 years apart and with your Dad being a Pastor in different parts of the Country we didn’t really know each other until later in our lives. You came to be such a good friend and I enjoyed our phone chats. You will be missed. Until we meet again…

You have been such a good friend to me. We have so many good memories that I will hold dear to my heart. The Emerald Isle parade in LS for many years. Cricut crafts, going to dinner with classmates. The LSHS ‘76 class reunion committee, we all has a blast!
And most of all, you were there for me when I lost my husband last year, our talks mean so much to me. I will miss you Ron.

Dear Robin, I am so sad to hear of the passing of Ronnie. I guess I’ve been on Facebook for a long time are used to talk back-and-forth on occasion and it’s really sad to see that today he made my lonely nights and my son a lot brighter with my husband working 12 hour shifts at night did a lot of fun things in San Diego, who was a dear friend I’m very sorry for your loss. I know there are no words to make it any better sending our love to you and your family with my deepest condolences. Much love from the Giddens family.

I worked with Ron for 20 years at AT&T. When my children were little, they LOVED him. We purchased fireworks at his VFW stand and he was very kind and generous, always snuck a few extra fireworks into their bag. They used to say he reversed pick-pocketed them. Ron also sponsored my daughter in a VFW essay contest in 2017 answering “Is there pride in serving our military? After she won, Ron joined her in Jefferson City for the awards ceremony, as well as honor banquets at our local VFW halls. He made such an impression in the life of a young person, and I am so honored that he touched our lives. Words may not suffice to express the heartfelt sorrow that we feel for the passing of Ron, but please accept our condolences and know that he is residing with the Angels in Heaven for Eternal life.

Robin, I just found out of Ron’s passing. So very sorry for your loss. I remember lots of good times at church. Take care. Prayers for peace and comfort are wished for you and Chris and family.
