Obituary
Roselyn Jeanette Rowden, 88, passed away January 22, 2021.
Roselyn was born on July 19, 1932 in Springfield, MO. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Effie Smith-McCoy and Robert Harrison Smith; sisters, Lola Newkirk, Ruth Wasbutsky, Kathryn Courtney and her daughter, Cathy Ann Blunt.
Survivors include her husband, Russell Gene Rowden; children, Melvin Blunt, Tim and Kathy Rowden, Charlie Rowden, Marty Rowden, Bob Rowden, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She will be greatly missed. I always enjoyed seeing her every week . She had a smile on her face and something nice to say.
The last time I saw her was a few days before my surgery, she was very kind wishing me luck even though she had her own issues .
Bless the whole family during this healing time.
She was a beautiful soul and I know she will be missed. Praying for your entire family.
I still can’t believe she’s gone…..I loved her so much & will miss her always! Such a beautiful person, she was so good to Uncle Russ, Tim, Chuck & Marty. She came into their lives when they needed her most, I believe God sent her to them after Aunt Marlene’s (Nonnie) death in March of 1961; the boys were only 2,3 & 5! I’m thankful she came into our lives! I will always love & miss you Aunt Jeanette
